Working of cold therapy explained

Cold light therapy is performed by using particular handheld devices known as cold lasers which are similar to a flashlight. It is usually done under the guidance of a certified professional or a doctor in a hospital or a clinic. The doctor will place the laser directly on the targeted areas where you have injuries for a few minutes. The total time you get exposed to the light depends on the size of the area and the dosage of light as per your need.
